Avondale Dart 630-6 step tray included or missing please?

Hi, just bought a new unused 2008 Avondale Dart 630-6 and was suprised to find no step tray or step mat included, only poppers for something to attach on the floor where one should be, is this normal or did the Darts come with a step tray included please.

We have an Avondale Dart 545 2008 model and it came with a step mat with Avondale logo embroided into it which clips into the studs.
