AVTEX W152D TV

Hi I have recentley bought an avtex 7 in 1 tv and can't get

the Red button to work on freeview (while using it at home also),so i don't get interactive tv or teletext while in DVB mode,has anybody had the same problem ? thanx Phil.

Poor signal problem is most likely, we get it all the time with digital. We get picture but no text or interactive quite often.

A lot of freeview boxes and TVs do not have the red button/interactive function, we have this problem on our 8" freeview TV although I do not know about the Avtek.

Thanks for the reply' but i get a very good reception at home but still no red button
