Has anybody had an awning extended to fit a bigger van. If so who have they used and what were the results.

When I bought My latest van I took my awning into Barrons at Chorley for alteration. However they have now been taken over by Discover and judging by previous posts regarding the problems that Discover are currently going through I would be reluctant to use them now.
There are usually plenty of adverts within the PC magazine offering this service, one of which James has highlighted above.

I would agree with James. We had an awning extended by the Canvas Repair Centre a couple of years ago. Collected and returned within a week, excellent job and didn't cost the earth either.
