Awning for a Seasonal Pitch

We are going to have a seasonal pitch for the first time this year. We have a Bradcot Classic awning with an easy alloy frame which is only a year old and were wondering if we could use this to leave up permanently? We are going to try and get a steel frame and put on storm straps but would appreciate any comments or opinions anyone may have. I am particularly concerned about the insurance situation in case of mishap and will be checking this out with my insurer.

Thanks

Lee

lee not sure about the insurance side of things but the the bradcot is a quality awning and providing its erected correctly you shouldn't have any problems unless like me your at stowford where it often blows a hurricane. i would go for the screw in type pegs for the tie down kit as these are much better.

We have just gone onto a seasonal pitch, we have an Inaca sands awning up with extra ties and a storm strap on we are hoping that this will stand up to the weather for the season as well.
