Awning repairs

Unfortunately, due to strong winds, my awning has been damaged. The damage consists of a three inch tear in the front of the awning, a broken zip on a vent flap and a storm strap connector was torn off. Can anyone please recommend a repair centre in the Derbyshire area who will be able to carry out these repairs. Thanks.
 
Hiya David, I don't know how far North you are in Derbyshire but , if it's any help to you, The Caravan Company in Leicester repair awnings and also carry out mods.

Maybe it's worth a phone call to check them out.

The Canvas Repair Centre at Burton-on-Trent are an excellent company.They have been going many years and they have repaired an awning for me and increased the size of another awning. Used by many of my caravan friends over the years.

They also do Mail Order.

I can personally vouch for the repairs at the Caravan Company, they were prompt, ecomomcal and the repair was excellent. The only problem is that you can only see them monday to thursday.

Hi, If you have any tarpolian firms in your area, try them,and they usually can do zips and awning rail cords. I work for a firm which can do all this, ut it's a long way from Derbyshire.
