awning size numbers

i am new to caravaning having just bought my 1st one and need an awning, the manual i got with the caravan says the awning size is 7860mm (786cm)can any one tell me the size number i will need?

Hello Michael.

It depends from whom you purchase your awning from, as to whether they use a size number, or go by the length of the measurement from ground to ground along the awning channel.

For example, Bradcot use the size you already have, 786 cm, whereas another manufacturer my use a conversion table to give you a number from 1 to 16, or thereabouts.
