HI all

I am looking to buy a full size awning for touring but cant decide on 2.4 or 3.0 mtr deep any one have any thoughts good or bad on either size

Hi Ian,

The only thing I can think of is that the 3.0 mtr awning will be heavier - both in the material and the longer poles.

Also, you'll need a larger groundsheet.

I think I would go for the bigger one - I can't see it being any more difficult to put up and I would imagine you'd be glad of the extra space.
 
thanks rupert am swaying towards the bigger one as i may go for a porch awning as well at a later date and the extra space would be usefull for sure

does any one have 3.0 mtr deep if so would love your views on this and also does anyone know of any sites that restrict awning sizes as i dont want to go for the larger one and then find that i cant put it up!!
