Awning Sizes???

Hi. I have recently bought my 1st caravan an Ace Jubilee Courier 2009. However I am baffled which awning size I need. The brochure says its A/A awning dimension is 982cm (which I think is the floor to floor measurement around the awning rail and to the floor). However does this mean I need a 1000cm awning (or will a 975 do the job)?

Also I welcome your views on awnings (new or used to a budget of £700ish.

Thanks Tim

Tim, most full size awning manufacturers make awnings in size brackets so that one size will fit a range of vans. The size you would be looking for is 975-1000cm. That means the awning would fit any van with an A measurement between 975cm to 1000cm. Because you are at 982cm it should be a good fit. I would not recommend a 950-975 it would be 7cm too short without adjustment costing around
