Awning Sizes

Hi all

Just a quick one on what awning size I should get. I have a Bailey Pegasus Verona GT65 2013 model. I have been told that the measurement of the caravan is 1042CM I'm looking at two different size awnings which one would be the best size to go for.

I, looking at the Dorema Octavia which comes in the following sizes:-
1025 to 1050 and a 1050 to 1075

I've been told to get the bigger one in case the ground is uneven so I get more to play with as there would only be 8cm to play with if I got the smaller size.

Please help make my decision easier.

I'd go with the larger size. On an earlier caravan I had, I bought the size that was "just good enough" and always regretted it.

Go for the larger.
No regrets. The smaller will have limitations depending on the lie of the land.
Drafts and poor seals.
The larger is designed to allow for " tucks " etc.
