Thought a couple of times in life so far I wouldn't make it !!! but here I am. Off to town soon to collect my Bus Pass, and access to Lesiure Card ( Half price Golf now ).

My sons have bought me a Canon EOS 400D Camera so it will be off with Kate our Grandaughter to photograph Trains and Boats and Planes etc.

Will also get a cheaper rate on Aberdeenshire Caravan Parks.!!

Just glad I made it to here.

Happy Birthday Frank.

You'll love the camera, I've got one. It's brilliant.

p.s. Don't forget, when you're on the bus, please give up your seat to pregnant women and those older than yourself.

Hi Frank, Happy birthday, have a good one.

I woke up this morning in Anglesey, North Wales, to find out I had been married for 32 years, and yes your right I forgot the card, never mind.

We're off to Well Park caravan park, near Tenby, West Wales tomorrow, that should take the heat off me LOL.

All the best

Cheers Frank, While your getting stuck into your Johnnie Walker, I will be taking her who must be obeyed out for a meal (any body recommend a good chippy on Anglesey)

We like West Wales, and Well Park, is a favorite of ours, well kept, clean and tidy, and not to far from Saundersfoot or Tenby always something to do.

Yes Ponty is the Pontypridd one,not to far from home about a two hour drive.

All the best

Congratulations on the birthday and I hope you have many more.

Of course, tongue in cheek, I could add that your Buss Pass will have Scottish Government written on it, because it is they who are providing it. Just an advantage of being north of the line. I think you will find it has a big Saltire right across it. Now if we were really nationalistic we could state 'exclude non Scots' but we are not that mean. Enjoy it to the full.

Hey S.L.

After paying tax for 45 years I don't give a toss if it's the Saltire or the Cross of St George as long as I get on the bus for free.!!!!

You been on our cheap booze ??? BOGOF never saw that in Prague

Regards

Frank

You can indeed get on the bus for free, although if you wish to travel between cities you have to book ahead and pay, I believe 50p. Of course if the bus happens to cross the border, you will have to pay full whack from there.

By the way, although it does come out of tax, it has nothing to do with what you have paid for 45 years. Just ask the English. It is a matter of how your 'local' government decides to allocate the resources.
