Back issue (particularly Heki Midi)

I understand from a fellow member from another caravanning forum that there is a back issue of PCV with a technical article for replacing a standard vent with a larger one (dealing with re-framing as necessary)
Would appreciate firstly the issue date and secondly if it is still available!!
