Having problems with our dealer regarding the poor quality of workmanship and customer care. Failure to respond to direct questions asked, and no offer of compansation.
 
Contact Trading Standards they will usually help you with a letter/follow ups etc. I have found them very helpful and they do have 'teeth'.
