Blowing a 'hoolie' here in N. Linc's, ---- If we were out we would be staying out, ------ there's been plenty of warnings! 1581256941641.png
A caravan blew over onto its side in A628 Woodhead Pass this morning.
Pictures sent in showed the caravan blocking one side of the road, which was closed to high sided vehicles today.
The road has now been shut in both directions.
Why would you risk' it??
 
Under no circumstances would we have towed anywhere today; never mind over the Woodhead pass. What were they thinking?

Agreed, having crossed Woodhead many times in high winds with a high sided vehicle, I know just how wild it can get. Lets hope nobody was hurt and that a lesson was learned.
