bad weather is on its way back,next few weeks could be dodgey besafe

Bad weather on the way back from where? It's never gone from here - freezing temperatures, several inches of snow, slippery roads still (black ice last night) mostly ungritted pavements and empty grit bins - but lovely bright blue skies and sunshine in between, so I'm not complaining!

the weather in the last 2 weeks has been the worst impacting to my business in the last 10-15 years and certainly up there in the 21+ years I've worked there.

We're due for a nother cold spell and heavy snow in the next couple of days and , the biggy - just before the mass migration back to work on the 4th Jan. Indicators are showing possible more impacts over the new year weekend right before everyone heads back to work on the Monday.
