Just to let you know about some excellent customer service from bailey.I sent an email to ian at baileys customer services explaining that whilst on holiday in norfolk in our pageant Burgundy 2006 model the cooker lid exploded while it was open with a pan on the rear ring.Now i know that should not happen and i dont know if its a design fault but Ian rang Spinflow who manufacture the cooker and they agreed to supply a new lid free of charge.Keep up the good work Bailey.
