Does anyone know why the Bailey dealer near Falkirk in Scotland has gave up his Bailey franchise. They were his best selling vans ????? And how will this affect people with vans for service and warranty.

Keith,

The nearest dealer now will probably be Duncans of Wishaw.

We've dealt with them since taking up caravanning and have no complaints at all.Might be worth asking Bailey what you are supposed to do now.

I understand that this is only short term whilst they are waiting for their new site to be developed. They have little room to store new caravans at temporary location. They will still order a new Bailey caravan for you, service it and provide warranty cover. Suggest you speak to KB Caravans direct for full answer or have you already done this.

Thanks for your comments. I spoke to KB Caravans today but they did no give much away, Overland took over the franchise. I have emailed Bailey to ask if I can go to another dealer.
