Is it the impella? Search on the internet, but it has something to do with getting underneath the flush button. Sorry can’t be more specific but saw something on Facebook about it. If I find it will add a link.
BTW used to have a Bailey Grande Messina. No issues with the toilet, major issues with leaking roof strap 🙁
