I contacted Isabella today as we have bought a Pegasus 554 and our Opus awning will not fit. According to Bailey the awning would need to be 1039 and ours is 1000. Isabella have said Baileys measuremwnts are wrong and we would only need to extend to 1025 which they will happily do. They also said the beading on the awning would need to be changed anyhow as the awning channel on the Pegasus is so different from usual caravans.

Just thought this info might be of interest.

Looking at the van it will be very difficult to thread the awning through such a tight angle.

Also noticed that the awning rail doesn't reach as far down to the ground due to the moulded water traps they call innovation which could result in the awning flapping about in the wind so to speak

Robert

They must have used gallons of silicon spray. LOL.

The entry and exit points on the rail don't look much different to our Wyoming so I doubt that will be a problem.

What I don't understand is how one bloke , using one hand makes it look easier than "drawing" the curtains.

I must be doing something wrong. Our Izzy is very heavy. I need two hands to pull and the boss does the feeding.

Cheers
