Bailey Pegasus GT65 Rimini external water ingress into caravan base

I have a 2015 Bailey Pegasus GT65 Rimini . Underneath at the rear and sides looks like white patches along the edges of the black ply floor .
Is there a company in north east England that has a remedy to arrest this and seal it to stop it going any further ?

Until you fix the point of the water ingress you are wasting your money fixing the floor.
