Hi guys, Havent got one...yet!, but had a look at one on saturday and for the money you wont get a better layout for a family of 4 who hate putting up beds like we do. Its 12 grand on the road, looks well built and relatively lightweight for a twin axle. You could pull it with a diesel passat estate ?1600kg max. The only flaw i could find is that it needs one more main socket for the wifes' hair straighteners right next to the mirror...honestly i give up???.Hi Stephen, I posted on here before about the Bailey 620/6, got a few replies from people who have ordered one if you check back you will be able to read them. We to are vary interested to find out how people get on with the caravan it looks like the perfect layout for a family, the only concern i have is the kitchen size i would like to know if its up to catering for large families, at the moment we have a Sterling Trekker it has a very large kitchen area which is great cause i do alot of cooking when we are away, I have not seen the caravan in person only leaflets there is no bailey dealer close, as you have ordered one can you fill me in on what they are like.
Thanks Jennifer
Hi Stephen, agree with your comments totally....i have two small kids and the large singles at the front will last another 10 years as beds...without the needs to make them up...yippee. What will u be pulling it with?Hi jennifer, at the time of looking we were against a fixed bed, and was going to get a fixed bunk bed 6 birth like the bailey bretagne. Haveing viewed this though it didn't take long to change our minds. The whole van feels very roomy, the kitchen appears bigger than our current champaign, and we liked the idea of the fixed extra table area. Were only a family of 4, but intend to have the boy's on the front singles. The only comment I would have on the lay out,is the TV being near the kitchen and the double bed. It may cause one or 2 comments fromt he boys when were cooking and getting in front of the TV, but then again, were on holiday so who needs it. the weight was also another factor at 1540kg, its easily within our cars towing limit. Looking forward tot he fun. Hope that helps, Steve
Hi StephenI would guess so. We have 2 boys 5 and 2 so isn't too bad. The beds look quite roomy, and I could si at the dinette easily and get my feet under so think it would be great.
