Bailey ranger470/4 mixer tap broke.

Hi all, my mixer tap on my bailey ranger 470/4 2005 model has come loose on a couple of occasions and i have had to access through the fridge/freezer vent outside to tighten it back up. The tap has come loose again and the bottom silver ring tha tap sits on has cracked, making the tap become more loose than ever. I am not sure of the make of the tap. I dont know whether to just remove the tap and glue the ring then tighten it back up, or can I just replace the brocken ring, or do I need to replace the full tap?
Your views would greatly be appreiciated, thanks Mike.

Don't know about the tap parts but I have started using monument sticky rings when fitting taps to stop them coming loose ,they are sold in 10's but if you need one aks the mods for my email and let me know ,I'll post you one.I am not associated with the company just a heating engineer btw
