We are looking to buy our first caravan and tommorrow we`re going to view the above.

The caravan is advertised on e-bay with an unknown reserve.

Could anyone advise me on a fair price for a caravan like this, assuming it is in excellent condition and comes ready to go including an awning.

We`ve looked at a few vans at dealers and a lot of them seem to have a spongy floor, is that always a bad sign?

Could I be mistaking a spongy floor for a `bouncy' caravan?
