At last we have direct access to a manufacturer with 24 hour turnround on parts purchase, delivered to your home. Hopefully other makers will now follow suit.
Prices may be open for discussion. I noticed a scissor jack for a TA is £140.00!! They don't work. Mine is in the loft . Buy a hydraulic from Machine Mart , Aldi etc for £30 ish. Otherwise I'm impressed with the parsts that are available so quickly.

swift need to get thier act together, there is a guy on Swift talk waiting for a door bin, ordered mid May, expected arrival end July... now that what i call service!!!!

I too ordered a Bailey Wheel arch cover and was very pleased with both the speed of delivery and quality.
I see what you mean though John about threading it through the channel.
Maybe next time it will be a little easier
