Jcloughie Jun 16, 2020 5,347 2,314 11,935 Apr 14, 2025 #2 Welcome to the forum. Remove the circlip from the top prising with a small screwdriver. The cartridge will pop out. There should be a number on the side which can be googled. Or, go to a caravan shop and pay 2-3 times as much. John
