Does anyone remember the caravan site that used to be in Balquhidder on the edge of Loch Voil ? Stevie used to own the farmhouse and keep the site I used to go there as a youngster probably early 1970's.

What a great place name, but sorry I haven't been there.

Do you mean Balquhidder Braes campsite? It seems to still have a few touring pitches, if you feel like returning.

Or you could stay close by, at Immervoulin Caravan and Camping Park perhaps.

What made Balquhidder special in the 1970s?
