Barbeque point

Hi any help please bought my caravan last year with exterea port for barbi but no pressure assuumed wrongly that it was my barbi, replaced the fitting for the caravan put it straight onto a large gas bottle and it works fine?

Any ideas the caravan has 2 full bottles the cooker and oven work ok but no pressure from the port outside any ideas????

There are isolating valves for each appliance mine are on a manifold under the oven but there may be one for bbq inside the front locker

Thank you can the valves be turned fully off for safety ? but thanks very much i thought wrongly it was my barbi
