Battery Chargers

I have a battery charger on a Swift Danette. Last month I fitted a status ariel. In the process of reconnecting the battery, I noticed that the 'trip' light on the charger had come on. Despite installing a new battery, the light remains on and I cannot seem to find a blown fues that might be the cause of this. It seems that there is no power other than the 240v supply and even this is not providing any power to the 12v circuits.

What is my best course of action? Is there a fuse inside the charger? The battery charger is made by 'plug in systems ltd of Humberside
