Bed Query

Hiya,

Bit of info if possible Smile looking at Caravans on the internet for ideas as considering buying a new one

In the Lunar Lexon 580 csl 2008 model... it has a fixed bed, and an L shaped living area, does this convert to a double bed or is it just classed like 2 singles Question

We haven't got a Lunar, we've got an Adria with a fixed bed and L-shaped lounge. The lounge seating makes up to a double bed, I would guess that most of them do. Hope this helps

Ok Thanks for the response.....was not sure...but really like the look of the L Shaped Lounge

The L shaped lounge is certainly more sociable, and less like sitting in a railway carriage. However, it has always had a mixed reception as those nearest the corner knock knees and making a double bed can be a bit more difficult than with the normal pullman type dinette. The bed produced is also often slightly smaller in dimensions, as you need to have self support for the outer corner. Pulling 2 facing settees together is usually far stronger.

However, if you are happy with the drawbacks then go for it.
