Been a long time

Just found my interest in caravanning reigniting after just upgrading our van, so thought I would come back on.

Sold our old 1992 Bailey within a couple of hours of advertising it last weekend, and bought a 2006 Elddis a few hours later.

Looking forward to our first trip with it next week.

Jules

Welcome back. Nice new van. Sounds like agood reason to get excited about Caravanning again.

Hi Jules, welcome back and congratulations on your caravan upgrade. I hope that you will have many happy times in your Elddis 🙂

Thanks everyone.

I have a big birthday this week and we were already booked in to eat at the Hand and Flowers in Marlow. We have just booked a site nearby and will be meeting with my parents in their van for a couple of days. I can't wait.

Weekend has been spent doing a few jobs on the van and getting it cleaned and all our stuff sorted... of course a new van is an excuse to have lots of new kit!

Jules, welcome! Oooh, you lucky thing, getting an Elddis! Lovely 'vans! Wishing you many happy outings in your latest aquisition.

Where are you off to for your first trip? I'm hoping to get out soon, after an enforced 'grounding' following knee surgery.
