Big camber on 1 wheel?

Hi,
My friend has a Dethlef, i think it's a 2005 model. While we were coming back from our outing this weekend i noticed he has bad camber on the passenger side wheel, the top is pointing in. He has only just bought the van and thinks it was like that when he bought it.
What i want to know is there a common problem or anything that i should be looking for, I'm a Mechanical Engineer by trade so i don't have any problem with stripping the hub down and investigating/repairing the issue.
There is no free play in the wheel bearings or anything obvious wrong from having a quick look underneath, but my gut feeling is that the stub axle is bent, is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

The wheels should be vertical with maybe just a bit of toe in, but NO camber as you have described.
I am pretty sure the Dethleffs uses a BPW chassis and there is no alternative but a new axle.
Unlike the Al-Ko chassis which has removable stub axles, the BPW have welded stubs which are not repairable.

If it is an Al-Ko chassis and axle, the axle can be sent back to Al-Ko for repair

Damage probably caused by kerbing or overloading

Thanks for your replies, the chasse is an Alko type so hopefully it is only a stub axle that’s required. Hopefully I’ll strip it down this week and let you know the out come.

Thanks again.
