I bought a static BK Bluebird and found that the door hinges were seized up and every time that I opened the door it moved the main body of the van so that sooner or later metal fatigue would have caused a fracture. I wrote two letters and sent numerous E-Mails and not a single answer. All I wanted to know is why their hinges seize up rock solid to the extent that it is not possible to take them apart even using a bench vice. Would I buy another BK Bluebird, would I jump of the top of Big Ben?

If its a new van, hen the problem should be covered by warranty.

If its a second hand van, blame the previous owner for not maintaining it properly, as it would not have seized overnight.

You cannot blame the maker for others lack of care.
