Would any one know of a good body shop for a caravan. (North west) or willing to travel anywhere

I have a few dimples in the sides that I would like taken out.

The reality, if as probable the skin is an aluminum alloy sheet, will be the dents can't be "taken out".
Filling in and respraying is the likely option, but paint matching in the longer term can become another issue.

Can any be "lost" under a stuck-on badge, reflector, bit of logo or false vent cover etc?

That’s right the panels are aluminium the dents would need to be filled and rub down.
By the conversation I have had with the body repair company’s it’s nearly a full respray down two sides.
