right, I've just come back from the new bond film, Quantum of Solace. I am not a bond fan, I only went to take the 10 year old so I may have missed the nuances of the plot. Exactly what is the Quantum of Solace (a bullet??). Come to that where was Q, Miss Money Penny and the fat bloke with the cat? Roger Moore didn't seem to be in it either. popcorn was good though.

I gather the title is taken from one of Ina Fleming's novels where the Quantum of Solace is mentioned.

By the way, did you see James's brother Basldon in there or was he still out making the tea with the other brother Brooke???

The birds are not much cop these days, after Pussy Galore things would never be the same, at least for a rampant 15 year old in 1964. I was also in love with Diana Bianchi for about 10 months, and as for Ursula and the bikini.......what can i say?
