Bookmarking threads

Hi, Does this forum have a facility to bookmark a thread and be notified by email when there is a new post on the thread ? If not this is very useful.

As yet the forum doesn't have a bookmark / email facility but in line with other websites owned by Haymarket Consumer Media this website is constantly being updated so hopefully your suggested improvement will be included in one of the regular upgrades.

[tongue in cheek] but this brought a smile to my face. Would "regular updates" have the same implied meaning as the regularity at which this website was dragged out of the prehistoric age, not so long ago to its now much improved status as having reached the stone age

It's true that the old 'prehistoric' forum was allowed to stagnate because it received no attention from the web technicians at Haymarket but software for this website is regularly updated in line with the other Haymarket owned internet sites.
A lot of the updates are not immediately apparent to forum users but moderators software has improved beyond all recognition and there are other aspects of this website beside the forum.
At least the technicians can be contacted by email now, in the bad old days we had to rely on carrier pigeons
