Dianne, from experience the instructions that come with most awnings are useless and difficult to understand. It is only after putting it up a couple of times that things seem clearer.
Have you tried to contact: info@bradcot-awnings.co.uk.
They may be able to send you instructions via an email attachment if you want it quickly?
