Bradcot Easy System

I have a Bradcot awning with the Easy System awning poles. One of the connectors on the main centre pole structure jammed in the fully extended position and broke when I was trying to release. I've been unable to get a replacement. I have contacted Bradcot two weeks ago by e-mail but so far have not received a reply. Can anyone advise where I might find one or have any suggestions for repairing. Thanks.
