Breakdown Cover in Europe for Large Twin Axle

We own a Crusader Superstorm which measures 8.1m and are having problems finding breakdown cover that will cover over 8m. The 1 cm is causing the problem. Last year I took out a yearly RAC cover and cancelled it when we returned from Spain so only ended up paying for 3 months worth of cover which was about £50. Does anyone know of a company that will cover this length without ripping you off.

We own a Sirroco which is the same size (8049mm) and have Caravan Club breakdown cover, never heard of any 8m restriction.

Is that the Camping and caravannng club or the Caravan club. We were with the camping and caravanning club and their limit was 8m. They refunded the premium once they discovered the exact size.

It is the Caravan Club, to be honest its the only reason we are with the CC as we find the sites a little too prim and proper.

Michele, If you back a bit to Feb/begining of March on this Forum you will see I posted this same question. We also have a Super Storm but was told by RAC AA and Green Flag they did not cover over 7.50 metre actually. I was given the advice to contact ADAC the German company by three other Forum members. They cover caravans up to 10 metres long NS 2.55 mtrs wide single or twin axle. We have the Partner Plus Package for 98.70 euros per year which covers all over Europe inc UK. It covers me and my husband in any vehicle we are in. I believe the Caravan Club do cover that length but
