Hi Stephen

I also use the caravan club for car and caravan as they will cover vans that exceed 7.0m in shipping length, and were cheaper than the RAC at that time, there were cheaper quotes but no would cover a van that excceds 7.0m

Hope this is of help - Alb

ALB, I'm glad you made the comment about Max tow size, my current car came with 3 years RAC and I didn't consider they would limit the size of van they would tow.

I would have been in the deepest brown stuff if I'd have broken down last year as my van is 7.9m.

Britania rescue have always been good for me, and they are a good price. The RAC site quotes Caravan max 7.6m, but Britannia quote under 8m which includes the entire current Bailey range.

Stephen, have you thou8ght of asking your insureance company for B/Dn cover as most seem to do these days. I have had both my Range rovers covered by Greenflag via the Pru. They even covered the old Range Rover when it was well over 10 Yrs old and 200,000 miles on the clock in europe. Bazz.
