On returning home from Ouistreham with our Westie, we are required to enter the main terminal building to complete the Pet Passport procedure. This trip we were informed that Brittany Ferries have introduced a 'safety rule' which stipulates all dogs in the terminal must be muzzled. The embarrassed staff member who handed us this edict kindly gave us a muzzle from the stack on her desk. She implied the free muzzle was a finite facility and that we would be expected to arrive with 'Harry' muzzled in future. We completed the two minute process with Harry in our arms and she did not push us but for our next trip............
