Hi

Also got Vodafone 3G data stick (doubles up as memory stick for data card from phon). Pay as you talk, purchased in April used it over the easter break and four weekends since, its fine, will also tell you whether you have broadband connection of not. Still using first 15.00 that came with device, not downloaded any films yet but refuse to pay high charges for wifi on site!

Hope this helps

Can't coment on other networks, but as with mobiles mostly down to coverage.

Hi Mark

I know this may sound techy but belive me I'm not, and forgive me if you have already tried this. Do you have a 3G phone? If so does it show you have 3G coverage where you are? If so then it's a problem with your data connection, you can either uninstall and re-install your data device or take the sim out and put in you mobile do a manual roam, if niether of these work take it back! Get a replacement. Mobiles will pick up a 3G signal easier than a data card. Alternatively try the arial lead included with data stick may give you more flexability on coverage and direction. Hope this helps, Di

When using dongle or mobile phone connection in a caravan connect using a 3 - 4 metre long usb extension cable and hook the dongle or phone high up in a rooflight and you often get a better connection.
