Hi Trevor

Thanks for info. Sounds just right and we have just booked for next week! We like watching the boats so that will be good. Thanks again. Chris

Hi Chris, we love Broadlands, but then we are biased as my wife and I are on the Caravan Club volunteering scheme and spend our weekends at Broadlands helping the wardens. If you get there this weekend come and say hello. There are some good walks. Try along the river to How Hill nature reserve, or into Ludham village for refreshment at the pub before returning, or to the ruins of St Benet's Abbey on the bank of the river. For food go to the Wayfarers restuarant about 150 yds from the site, it does excellent food. By far the best way to see the countryside is via boat, either hire one yourself or go on the guided wildlife boat trip from the boatyard, we went on this a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. Have a great time there, may see you about.
