Have just spent the weekend in Brynich, Brecon. Highly recommend the site. Wardens are friendly, site is flat, toilet block is really clean. £18 per night (approx) well worth it if you like sites without single sex groups. Resturant on site a bit pricey but town centre not far away. 2 playgrounds for kids inc indoor play area. (£3.75 for 2 hours)

That's reassuring. We're going there later this year and it's a new site to us. Stayed at Pencelli Castle the last time we were in Brecon. That was very good as well.

I think they're both Best of British sites........

you will love it!! if you can, take some bikes and walking gear. Brecon is 2 miles away along the canal and its lovely.
