It is a BT product and although I have no idea of the package, anything to do with BT is best avoided. I suggest you Google it to see what is thrown up.

Make sure it is actually available in your area. I have been bombarded with Infinity offers over the year or so, but if you try to order, it says it is not available in the area but you can have a alternative product, which is in fact slower, more restricted and costlier than my current broadband.

Very nice young lady has just installed it, and it is as fast as they say.
£2 per month more than standard package and 40gb per month instead of 10gb

I've got the "ordinary " BT internet packeage, phone etc. It works fast , no complaints. I don't know what infinity is but I do know Sky HD is in truth no better than "ordinary" sky.
Why pay more for something if the original works ok
