Bucking the theoretical trend.

I tend to post at times that I have nothing wrong with my vans. just to balance things up a bit,
Friday was the day of the second service on my Swift Elite 480 Nothing wrong.
In fact my last three Swifts a Corniche (2000)' Challenger 442 and this van have over time given me no grief at all.
Still time yet I know, but at this time completely satisfied.
 
Our last Swift was issue free also over the three years of our ownership.
I am confident that the current one will be the same.
Isn't it tru that whatever the product or service people having no problems generally don't have much to say ?
It's only the ones with trouble who go public widely about it - often it seems before going down the appropriate toute for redress.
 
But when you look at company financial records for money put aside for warranty claims, it’s not insignificant and that doesn’t include the multifarious repairs that owners carry out themselves either because the warranty is limited or a claim is rejected.
