Build Quality/Delamination/Concerns

I have recently looked at a number of posts, and YouTube videos, highlighting delamination and various issues. One particular make of Caravan appeared to attract quite a lot of comments in this area.
I recently had my caravan serviced and nothing relative was highlighted, my van is a Bailey unicorn4 Pampona 2018. I decided to examine my van with a more critical eye and took some pictures of areas I had concerns about and would like to know member's views and what if anything should be done to change things.

I have attached the pictures below, I am guessing this is not supposed to be like this sorry if the pictures are a little difficult to see but the file sizes were too big and I had to crop them. They are basically below the rear grab rail.

Thanks

Pete

You don’t have to crop you should be able to reduce the file size and retain full picture. Generally a file under 1 mb will upload okay. There was a thread not too far back on the uploading of photos. Are you Android or Apple?

The pictures seem to show panel separation, not delamination. My Unicorn had fenders which were only held in position by a few long stainless steel screws. These could easily lose grip. But they were not structural.

Larger pictures would help. See OC’s post to find out how to do this.

It's NOT panel delamination or separation. The gaps you see are between the GRP walls of the caravan, and the plastic "trims" (large covers) that Bailey fit to the lower portion of the front and rear body panels. They are not structural. The gap is 100% normal.
I am unable to photograph my Bailey to show you as I am currently in Mobtenegro.

Hello John

I did not say I actually had delamination, my concern was the gaps if left, could likely lead to it, as information points to my van suffering on all four corners.

Thanks, I had visions of the area filling with rain water, I presume this just falls through and out the bottom then?
