Bulk Head Gas Regulator

Pitched up at Bolton Abbey CC site this afternoon, so the wife can have a few days away.
Turned the gas on at the bottle, and yep you guessed it, gas is leaking from the regulator.
In fact leaking is an understatement, and it appears to be coming from or in the area of a small yellow plastic cap.
It does stop leaking when the bottle is turned off,

Ideas ???

it looks like a gok they had problems with oil residue that made the seals swell the change to a clessie (may be spelt wrong) is a fix if daimen is on line he can conferm?
 
Is it's leaking from one of the little yellow pips that are at the bottom on each side ????
If so I would think that a new regulator is required......

Thanks for the replies.
Sprokets picture shows the yellow caps/ pips.
It is the one on the left or in that area.
Caravan is in for a service on the 24th so will get it changed then.
