I've not seen the type of plate that you want that would be suitable for use with a swan neck towbar but an alternative solution might be a rubber 'soft dock' over the tow hitch of the caravan, so that if the hitch happened to touch your car no damage would be done. Towsure sell them

This comes up from time to time and there doesn't seem to be one marketed

Using a clamp on stabiliser bracket as the mounting seems to be the nearest to it
