Hi Gill,
We've been here a couple of times now. It's a lovely caravan site, fairly new, everything is nice and clean.
Mostly large hardstanding pitches but there are a few that are grassed.
At the back of the site there's a privately owned railway and all throughout the day old steam trains slowly run up and down.
At the front of the site are the preserved remains of an old mill and also a pub close by if you fancy eating out.
In Bury it's self there's a huge market, biggest one I've been to, if you fancy something like that.
Over all Burr's is a typical CC site with the high standards that we expect from them.
Hope you enjoy your stay, we'll be there again sometime in December.
