I have owned my Burstner since 2008 after my last UK caravan had more leaks than Sainsburys.
The German quality is second to none

my bustner ventana 500ts was well built but it still had a few minor faults, one being the front window had to have pegs fitted due to potential splitting a well publicized problem back in 2009 ish for vans and motorhomes pre 2005 ish.

We've just bought a Burstner Lux 1989 - can't really find out much about it online.

Burstners have only ever been imported in very small numbers so anything in English on line is likely to be limited. There is an owners club who would welcome you and may be able to help if you need it . http://burstnerclub.co.uk/
