Cab air conditioning

We have owned 2006 Autocruise Starburst for 4 years, it is exactly what we want apart from cab air conditioning. Does anyone have experience of retro fitting this? We are very reluctant to replace the van to get this.

Have you thought of roof Aircon? This can be retro fitted . We have it, though ours was fitted when we bought the van new. You have a remote control so you can run it when driving on DC (but remember to turn off when you stop) When on site it runs on mains. This could probably be the cheaper option
